Heidi Price Drop Guarantee

Book with confidence, knowing we've got your back. If the price of your exact Heidi package drops on heidi.com within 30 days of booking, we'll credit you the full difference.

How It Works

Once you've booked, keep an eye on your package. If you spot it at a lower price on heidi.com within 30 days of your booking date, email us and we'll credit you the difference in full.

To qualify, the lower price must be for the same package - every detail must match your original booking:

Accommodation (same hotel, room category and occupancy)
Board basis
Arrival and departure dates
Number and composition of passengers
Departure airport
Flights (same airline and scheduled departure time on each leg)
Transfer type
Extras (same lift passes, equipment hire, lessons and any other extras booked)

If any element differs, it's a different package and the Guarantee won't apply.

How to Claim

Get in touch with us within 30 days of your original booking date with:

Your booking reference
The URL on heidi.com showing the lower price
A dated screenshot of that page showing the lower total

We'll check the details against your booking and issue a credit for the full difference if everything stacks up.

Your Credit

Approved claims receive a Heidi credit voucher automatically added to your account, equal to the full price difference. The credit:

Is valid for 18 months from the date of issue
Can be used against any future booking on heidi.com in the lead booker's name
Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or vouchers
Has no cash value and is non-transferable
Can be used for one future booking only - any unused balance is forfeited

One credit per booking, regardless of any further price movements after it's issued.

Terms & Conditions

The Guarantee applies to ski package bookings confirmed and paid on heidi.com between 1 June 2026 and 30 September 2026 inclusive.
Available to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, named as the lead booker.
Bookings must have been made at Heidi's standard publicly available retail price — no discount codes, credits or other promotions applied at the time of booking.
Both the qualifying price drop and the claim must fall within 30 days of the original booking date. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.
The Guarantee does not apply to price differences caused by market-wide changes in third-party supplier costs outside Heidi's control (including currency movements against GBP of more than 5%, or changes to airline or government fees), force majeure events, or packages that have been amended or cancelled after booking.
Heidi reserves the right to request further information and to refuse claims where the package doesn't match, evidence is insufficient, or where Heidi reasonably believes a claim to be fraudulent.
Heidi reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Guarantee at any time. Any valid claim submitted before withdrawal will be honoured.
The Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights or rights under your booking contract.
The promoter is Ski Zoom Ltd, 3rd Floor, 63 Queen Square, Bristol, BS1 4JZ. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
