When is the Heidi Black Friday event?
The Black Friday event at Heidi is our biggest sale of the year. Starting on Friday, 15 November, through Black Friday, Cyber Monday, with the sale ending on Travel Tuesday, 3 December.
What ski holidays are included in the Heidi Black Friday event?
All ski holidays (flights, accommodation, transfers, and any extras) for the 2024/2025 season will be included and reduced by £50 per person. This £50 can be used alongside any additional discounts from various airlines, accommodation, and transfer providers who may have sales during the Black Friday period.
How can I find the best Black Friday ski holiday deals?
Start your research early to know which resorts or areas meet your requirements. We recommend being flexible on dates and using our flexible date search to broaden your availability. Can I use my Refer-A-Friend credit on Black Friday and Travel Tuesday?
Yes, if you have credit in your account this can be applied on top of the £50pp Black Friday discount.
If you have travelled with Heidi before, use our Recommend-A-Friend scheme to refer your friends and give them free credit towards a holiday. As a thank you, we’ll also give you some free credit when they book. Here’s how it works:
- Share your unique referral link with a friend. This can be found on your Heidi account. Details on how to login can be found here.
- Your friend uses your link to create an account with Heidi.
- We’ll pop £50 credit in their account to spend on a Heidi ski holiday.
- Your friend uses the credit to book their trip.
- You then get £50 credit added to your Heidi account.

How much does a ski holiday cost?
The amount a ski trip will cost depends on your location and the time of year. If you’re trying to keep costs down, we recommend avoiding the peak times of February half-term and Easter and booking short or long ski breaks in January or April instead. And, with our £50pp discount on any ski holiday(s), the price could be even lower!
Are there any hidden fees? What is your cancellation policy?
There are no hidden fees. As standard, a Heidi holiday base package is flights, transfers, and accommodation. With a flexible package, you can choose a holiday with no flights or transfers - just accommodation and extras. Our extras include hold luggage, ski passes, ski equipment hire, and ski lessons in selected resorts. Having these as extras allows our customers to have the freedom to choose the holiday that is best for them. If you decide to cancel your trip after you have paid, although we’ll be sad to see you go, our cancellation policies can be found here.
