The hotel is perfectly located, close to the ski lift, thermal baths, and equipment rentals. It has a great relaxation area with outdoor and indoor pools, saunas, and a fitness room. The rooms are well-appointed and the service is impeccable.
The biggest advantage is the owner couple, always available and helpful. They're wonderful.
We've been there 14 times in the last 10 years.

This was our 12th time in Bad Kleinkirchheim but first time in Alpine Spa. Never have we ever meet such friendly hosts!
The location is perfect, walking distance to the Kaiserburgbahn. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped. The spa is all you need- indoor and outdoor pool, saunas…plus a gym. I wouldn’t mind if the pool was 2-3 degrees warmer ;)
Once again I must say- the most friendly host ever :)
