I spent here 6 night in my holiday, for skiing.
Everything was just perfect. Nice house, very clean, close to the main ski resort (3 km to Zillertal Arena, 10 km to Kaltenbach, 25 km to Hintertux Gletscher, 3 km to Horbergbahn - Penken).
They offer only breakfast, but not far away is a very good restaurant (100 m distance from Landhaus Oberau) where you can eat very good dinner.
The breakfast is continental, very good and enough to have the energy for skiing :). Mrs. Toppmaier cooked us a bio breakfast with ingredients from her garden.
The owners are very kind and they are always at your disposal and they are always ready to help you and to solve all your complaints.
There is a special room where you can leave your ski boots during the night, with hot drier.
The most important thing for us was that the owners were very kind and friendly, we felt here like at home.
