Always a pleasure to return year after year to Arlberghaus. From the moment you arrive until departure, you are pampered in the capable hands of the Eggler Family and their great staff, many of whom return every year. Ivet at reception,  Balazs the wine steward/Head Waiter, Phillip in the Walserstube Bar and many more make one's stay memorable. Take advantage of "Ski With The Boss" who knows the mountains like no other. Karl's on Wednesdays with live music is terrific apres ski. Ski-in/out makes the hotel very unique & special. As for the cuisine, it is varied, abundant, and excellent. I have already made my reservation for 2027

We spent a week here over the Christmas week with our 2 children aged 6 and 8. 

I read a lot of reviews in preparation for booking our family hotels but I have never wrote one before. I think this says it all. My husband and I do have high standards and we have travelled a lot. I don’t think the critical reviews are fair. 

This is a brilliant family ski in/out hotel. There are children in the hotel who are very welcomed. 

We had a wonderful Christmas celebration with the hotel family. 

The staff can’t do enough. It’s like home away from home. The staff are an asset to this place. 

The chef creates amazing menus but the children’s menu is great too and they can eat early after a day of skiing. 

It is also extremely clean.  Housekeeping is organised and always helpful. 

The Ski rental shop is next door. The boot room has plenty of space to store your things. 

Other guests return after several years.
