A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Same credit card used to book the reservation, along with a valid ID, must be presented to be able to check in. A $200 credit card hold is required at check-in. If you prefer to use a debit card, please note that the charge is increased to $500, and it will come from you bank account rather than be processed as a pre-authorised payment. If you use a debit card, you must check out of the hotel in person so that your bank account can be refunded.
The following fees apply and are subject to change without notice:
- Early check-in fee (if available) before 2pm = 50% of nightly rate, 2pm -4pm = $50.
- Late check-out fee (if available) up to 1pm = $50, 1pm - 6pm = 50% of nightly rate.
- Secure Underground Parking is available $23 per day plus tax.
