The highlight of our stay was truly the staff. The teams at the restaurant, reception, and kids club were exceptional. Always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made us feel welcome every day and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Great location, well organized hotel, and ideal for families.

food was good except Tuesday where they force you to be Veggie, they said they could not do a meat only night as compensation, very unfair as I can be forced to change my food beliefs but veggies do not have to change

I stayed here with a group of friends as part of a crystal ski holiday and had a fantastic time, the hotel was ideally situated, clean and tidy the staff were excellent and very friendly. The restaurant offered amazing choice and quality of food and the Bar was well stocked and had a great atmosphere.

Regarding the incidents you mentioned, we would like to clarify that it was not a case of food poisoning, but rather an episode of gastroenteritis, which is unfortunately contagious, as can happen in communal settings.

Our teams immediately implemented enhanced hygiene protocols to limit its spread.

We also understand that the presence of many young children in the bar and restaurant may have impacted your comfort.

Our establishments welcome families, but we remain committed to ensuring everyone's well-being in the common areas.

not a great week, a number of guests had food poisoning and there were a lot of small children running around in the bar and restaurant. Rooms do not have a safe which is expected nowadays.
