Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. During Peak Season 1 July - 7 September and 28 November - 19 April - Fridays: 9:00 to 23:00 - Saturdays: 8:00 to 23:00 - Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 to 17:00. During Shoulder Season 20 April - 30 June and 8 September - 27 November - Fridays: 9:00 to 23:00 - Saturdays: 8:00 to 23:00 - Sunday to Thursday: CLOSED. Outside of these hours of operation, guests are kindly requested to present themselves at the following address: Le Chamois at 4557 Blackcomb Way. Whistler Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please note, 3rd party credit cards are not accepted without a credit card preauthorisation form.This must be filled out and returned within 24 hours.
