Please inform Hotel Alù Mountain Design in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
The wellness centre is open from 16:00 until 19:30. It is closed once a week according to the cleaning day.
Please note that both the Stelvio and Gavia Mountain Passes are closed from 01 November until 01 June.
