We stayed here for one night while on a hiking trip.  Not a bad place to rest your head.  It’s situated in a small town with a nice little restaurant across the street.  Not a lot of frills but a nice little place.

If your in the area and want a nice clean place to stay this fits the bill.

Nice little place.

Stayed in this hotel last week and it is a wonderful traditional family run hotel.  The rooms were very clean. Breakfast had a good variety and evening meals cooked by the mum was delicious! My favourites being the half a roast chicken and the spare ribs. The boot room had plenty of room and heated poles, and there is a lovely sauna /wellness rooms on the ground floor.
Our only issue we had was translating the evening menu sheet as it was written in German and the waitress serving breakfast did not speak much English, but we got round this with Google translate.
The bus stop was just across the road and regular busses ran about every 10 minutes so getting to the slopes was easy. 
I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Maria alm, especially as the restaurant is one of the best in town.

Traditional family run hotel

Stayed in the Hotel Horlgut for a week early February. The room and hotel was very clean throughout. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. 
Breakfast consisted of a good spread of hot and cold foods, with plenty to fill you before a day on the slopes. You choose your evening meal in the morning from a choice of 3 main courses. My son has special dietary requirements and the hotel were very accommodating.
There is a heated boot room which was great for drying your ski boots overnight.
The ski bus stop is just 20 metres away from the hotel or a 3/4 minute walk to the local lift. 
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this traditional Austrian village and would definitely return.

February Ski Trip

Stayed here whilst on weeks ski trip.
Staff very helpful and caring.
Bedroom was big, clean, and well equipped.
Breakfast and dinner were both plentiful, varied and very tasty.
Great location within the town with good access to buses, town, shops and bars.
Would definitely stay here again.
