You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception Opening Hours: Sunday to Friday: 8:00-11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 (or 20:00 in high season) Saturday: 8:00-12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that key collection takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Le Prat de Lis residence, 24 Avenue de Mont Louis, 66210 Les Angles. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. Please note that TV is available at an extra cost of EUR 29 the 1st week and EUR 15 per additional week. This is subject to availability and upon prior request during the reservation process. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 8 per person for bed linen - EUR 8 per person for towels
