Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All units are non-smoking and pets are prohibited. Any violation of these policies will be subject to a CAD 500 hypo-allergic cleaning fee. Please note we have an offsite check-in site. Guests can pick up the keys from Twin Peaks, located at 4365 Northlands Blvd, Whistler, BC. Age Policy: at least one guest must be 25 years of age or older at the time of check-in and through the entire stay. The reservation will be cancelled if guests do not meet this age requirement.
