Key collection
The reception is open, Sunday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 / 16:00 to 21:00. Saturday: 07:30 to 23:00. Check-in is from 17:00. If arriving outside of these hours please inform reception so that they can instruct you on how to enter the property.
Towels and linen
Bed linens and towels are provided.
Security deposit
This property requires a damage deposit of EUR450 to be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) on arrival.
Check-out details
Check out is between 07:30 and 10:00. If you would like to check out early please inform reception.
Other information
Wi-Fi and a cleaning kit are included, as well as end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and taking out the bins). Ski lockers are available free of charge. Luggage storage is only available on Saturdays. Access to the spa facilities is included.
