This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The reception opening hours: Saturday from 10:00 until 18:00 (at the chalet) Sunday to Friday: from 08:00 until 22:30 (at Hotel Alpina) If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that guests must clean the kitchen area before check-out. If the kitchen is not left clean, the following charges will apply: - Six-Bedroom Chalet: EUR 200 - Four-Bedroom Chalet: EUR 150 - Superior Two-Bedroom Chalet: EUR 100 - Two-Bedroom Chalet: EUR 75.
