Hoping to enjoy a night in a beautiful place, it quickly turned into a nightmare. This establishment is unsuitable for last-minute bookings or during the off-season.

Having it booked at last minute through a third-party platform, it was impossible to reach a member of the team by phone, WhatsApp, or the tour operator's messaging system.

Upon arrival, the reception was closed during the off-season, and there were no directions to our room. After much difficulty (having checked in online), someone finally called us (after spending over 30 minutes trying to find a solution).

The employee who came to open the door only spoke German, so thankfully our phones had translation apps. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

After all these disappointments, we were surprised to receive an email asking us to pay a bill... for a room we had already paid for. Ultimately, a complete lack of professionalism... what a shame...
