Brilliantly designed hotel - exactly what we required - I didn’t give it 5 stars simply down to the noise of the building works next door which will only be temporary and our room needed another half a metre in length as double bed was no space at bottom of bed to wall 
10 minute walk from train station but easy to find

A great hotel for our time in Zermatt. From the simple to use self check in; our room was spotless, comfortable and with a great little balcony; plus the boot room had dedicated room secure lockers with boot heaters.
The location - walkable distance (10mins to the train station/town centre) or there is the bus that you can hop on and off at not far from the hotel.
Whilst this is a digital hotel, if you do come across any of the hotel team they are so pleasant and could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay here!
