Very good localisation and high quality. The apartment very clear, modern and vell equipped. Owners very kind and helpfull. The house vell prepared for skiers (boots dryer, separate boxes for skies etc). Nice localisation allowing to access few ski areas in up to 30 minutes.

Great place and great condition

Excellent organisation. We felt welcome since our arrival until our depart. The host was always ready to give us advices about the places to see, things to do, it was very helpful for us. The apartment has all the necessary equipment, it is in excellent conditions and very, very clean. The residence is enough close to a supermarket and to some restaurants. Is has its own parking lot and a playground for children. For sure, we will go back!

Visited this place this week. Nothing special, but:

internet access is weird - you have to obtain a code for 70hrs, but it fails time to time and you have to ask for more tickets(have to be printed out)
no toiletries - buy yourself paper, soap, shower gels etc - weird
no curtain in the bath -> all the water will fell down on the floor -> wet and slippery it will be. they do provide covers, so as ridiculous as it is - if you are in a company of two+ people, then each of you will end up taking shower with a personal cover, and then dry it out - not convenient, not scalable, just weird.
they have two WCs per block
they have two kitchens and fridges per block, despite 4 rooms, so two families will end up negotiating who's turn is this.
if you get a bargain deal then take it, otherwise look for something else.

We’re coming here almost every year during  more that 10 years. Location is very good if you’re coming by a car. It’s easy to get to every valley, ski resorts: Sella Ronda,  Val di Fassa, Tre Valles, Fal di Fiemme and more. Apartments are very comfortabe, nice view. 
Hosts are very helpful and friendly - it’s alway a feeling like returning home!

We are going to this apartments for more than three years already and each time we enjoy the hospitability of the Patrick and his family.
In the Fassa valley is great value for our money. We will definitely comeback.
