Important information:
A security deposit of EUR 460 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
A refundable deposit of EUR 460 per apartment will be required upon arrival in exchange for the key. This deposit will be refunded after inventory has been completed and verified. For a full refund, guests must clean the apartment.
Please note that the price of the parking depends on the season.
Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the apartment yourself. The fees vary from EUR 49 to EUR 100, according to the apartment type.
