Keys must be collected from reception between 17:00 and 19:00. Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon, outside of French school holidays. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
A damage deposit of EUR 450 is required on arrival. This can be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys need to be returned to reception between 09:00 until 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys.
Final cleaning is not included in the booking but can be paid for upon arrival. 1 Wi-Fi connection is included, extra connections can be paid for upon arrival. Use of the sauna, indoor pool and gym is included.
