Key collection

Keys can be collected after 17:00 from reception during their opening times: The reception is open from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except all day on Wednesdays and weekends (check times below).

Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.Reception Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 8am-11am and 5pm-7pm Wednesday : bakery service only from 8am-10am Saturday: 3pm-8pm Sunday : 8am-12 noon

Security deposit

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.End of stay cleaning and television are not included in the price (fee required). Before leaving, guests may choose to clean the apartment themselves.Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.

Check-out details

Keys need to be returned to reception between 09:00 until 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys.
