This is our 2nd time returning to the same place - Residence Patricia in Zermatt from Toronto, Canada - this time with the view of Matterhorn. Stayed for 6 nights in one bedroom suite with a huge wrap around balcony and breathtaking view of Matterhorn! Very spacious and well designed! We already stayed in one bedroom suite in Patricia last year, so we did not hesitate to stay here again while visiting out favorite ski resort in Zermatt.
All was excellent. Had a minor problem with lights in the bathroom, which was addressed. Lots of useful stuff in the kitchen - all you need! Kettle, toaster, nespresso machine, all pots and pans, cutlery, glass- and dish-ware. Even fondue and raclette devices! 
Check-in process was a bit of a pain this time - intercom was not working for check-in and we had to go to the parent hotel (Alpen Hotel- which is 5 min walk from there) to do a check-in there and get our keys. Other than that - was nice, quiet and pleasant stay. Will come again! Adore Matterhorn!

Second time returning! Love this place

The apartment was beautiful and the views were amazing. My wife and I watched the sunrise as it lit up the peak of the Matterhorn.

Zermatt holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at Patricia apartments. Me and my family found the apartment very comfortable, perfect views, every one of the three bedrooms was en suite, very spacious and the best part was the crisp white bedsheets. The apartment was very clean.

An excellent albeit short stay. My group regretted that we were spending only one night. Next time perhaps

Sufficiently equipped kitchen. Small refrigerator. Perfect view. Easy check in. If you're in unit 105, when closing front door * push to assure its closed, you'll hear a click. We woke up the next morning and our door was open, we closed it and turned security lock, yet there it was. Apartment is < 10 min walk, easy to get to. There's two grocery stores back toward train station (total of three - Denner, Coop, Migros).

Spacious and very nice apartment. We loved it! Balcony with nice view to mountains. Quiet. Ten minutes to train. Less than that to grocery store. Good beds. Kitchen contained all we needed. Possible to store luggage.

Our Residence Patrica is situated at the entrance of Zermatt, 600 meters from the train station. The nearest bus station is within 2 min. Walking distance (see map). Our Alpen Resort Hotel with Wellness area and Breakfastbuffet is within 5 min. Walking distance, the rezeption with the room keys is located in this hotel (Spissstrasse 52). Train station and center is reachable within 7-10 min.If you arrive by train, the Rezepiton of the Alpen Resort Hotel is 200 Meters straight on the street on your left. If you arrive by car, please notice that you have to park your car in Tasch. From Tasch you have to take a shuttle train (every 15 min) or a taxi to come to Zermatt.
