Went over Christmas break 2025 for 5 nights with my family (2 toddlers). Just a disaster of a hotel charging 5 star+++ prices. Maybe the worst value of any luxury hotel I've stayed at. Everyone working there acted like it was their first day on the job. Nobody knows anything about anything... bunch of untrained kids from overseas working everywhere. Dated rooms, broken amenities, combined with $20 French fries and $35 cocktails. The one coffee shop has untrained baristas who do not know how to make coffee, then they charge you $8 for it. I've been to many high end Marriott properties, this on is by far the worst. Biggest rip-off in the USA. After emailing management about my poor experience 2 weeks ago, I have yet to receive a reply from anyone. Avoid this place.
