I have just returned home after a trip to Switzerland which included a two nights' stay at this amazing hotel. From the moment i have entered the place it felt like home. The magnificent owners of the hotel together with their wonderful staff made sure that my stay was impeccable. My room on the first floor of the hotel was nicely quiet, well equipped, spotlessly clean and with a view from its' balcony to die for. The front office and breakfast room staff and the housekeeping staff were extremely caring, professional and polite. Finally the hotel holds an unbeatable position on the most iconic lake (lac Grenon) in the center of Crans Montana from where you can virtually go everywhere on foot. Thank you very much Klingler family for an amazing stay......I SHALL DEFINITELY RETURN!!!
