After 5 days of not changing my towels I’ve asked on the reception to change at least one. The owner,middle-aged woman, became angry and told me that she would do it only in case I give her extra money for that. I refused and called to booking.com to ask what’s going on. The next day while I was skiing she entered my room ( on which I put a board “do not disturb”), rolled over all my things, and stolen 350€.

When I’ve asked her why did my money disappeared, she slapped me on my face. 

Totally disgusting and inadequate attitude to its clients! But the God sees all and I believe that everything bad will come back to this thiefs and bandits

Good Hotel to can rest in Bormio. Excellent point where you can start and finish your motorbike routes. Fair price for a room. Friendly Staff. Located in the Bormio Town Centre. Motorbike Riders Welcomed!

We came across this place by accident- looking for lunch we saw a sign outside and decided to give it a go..... Blimey the food was brilliant. We were late for lunch so alot of the specials had gone but they had some lasagne.... home made and fabulous. This was followed by some of the local Bresaola which was amazing... washed down with a local red wine and completed with a home made tiramisu.... very reasonably priced and great service.. we'd go back here in a heartbeat. Totally recommended!
Like I said, I can only review the food... hope that helps someone!
