Good morning, That's not entirely correct. You say you booked a room that was an apartment, but you chose to book an apartment and not a room. And you chose to book without breakfast and without cleaning. There are two rates, with and without, and you chose that one because it was cheaper. If you wanted breakfast and, above all, cleaning, you could have chosen that option. The bathroom was cold, it's true, but we immediately took steps to fix it.
It is not usually included in apartments, but with us you can choose. You confirmed that the photos were as you actually found the apartment. But it is clearly stated that the apartment is located behind the garden, as you say, and not in the main building. Regarding the construction work, you are right, there was some, and we knew nothing about it. Otherwise, we would have notified you. However, it is absolutely false that they started at 7 a.m. because they had to come to us to enter and arrived after 8:30 a.m. When they started working, we immediately saw them and stopped the work until 11 a.m. Then, it is true that they made noise.

Checkin was decent. The guy at reception was very friendly and nice. 

I was given a room which was like a small apartment and was exactly what I saw and booked however there were a few flaws. 

The apartment was across the garden and not in the main hotel. 

While I booked four days I was not told my room will not be cleaned for the entire duration. The toilet was freezing and no change of towels or floor mat was not really what I expected. 

Sleep was excellent. 

HOWEVER on day three at 7 am construction guys came and started working exactly below us and it was a nightmare the entire day. Very very unacceptable. Should always tell us. 

I am giving three stars only because the first two nights were comfortable. 

I checked out a day earlier as had an alternative and threw my fourth night away as could not bother bearing the construction.  As I had an alternative I chose it. 

I told the guy at reception about this but he was unbothered about this and made no effort to explain or say anything. 

I understand it is low season and the hotel was only open to the fair customers but I paid an amount of 700 Euros or something like that for the four nights and expected a quite stay and not an earthquake construction with drills and cement mixers at seven in the morning.
