Just back from a short ski break at this hotel. We found everything about it was excellent. The room was spacious (we had 111) and very comfortable with everything just perfect. The housekeeping was excellent with a towel change every day. Bathroom fine with plenty of shelf space, good shower. Heating cosy but controllable, lighting good, beds comfy. The only possible issue is that tea making is not provided (nor is it normal in Austria) but we did miss it!
The hotel's position is ideal; about 100 yards from boot room to chair lift with Sport Walter ski hire shop adjacent (also to be recommended).
The hotel spa facilities are quite extensive with 3 steam rooms of various heats and a sauna (all naked over 13's only). There is also an attractive swimming pool adjacent.
The breakfasts and dinners were first rate. A good selection from the breakfast buffet including hot options. They will also do fried eggs to order. Dinner normally includes about 4 courses plus a lovely salad buffet. There is a choice of main, usually fish or meat. One night we had the gala dinner which was a set menu  and delicious. Drink prices were not excessive at about 4.60 euros for a 125cc glass of nice house wine and about the same for a small beer. A 1 litre bottle of water at about 6 euros seemed a bit steep though. There was no tap water served.
Finally it must be said that the staff, without exception, were charming, attentive,  well presented and very ready to help.
We would love to return!

A wonderful, welcoming hotel right by the lift with great food and ambiance

This is a great hotel situated next door to the ski lifts. Ambience is a typical Austrian affair with a formal bar and apres bar.  Hotel rooms are spacious, quiet and have comfy Austrian twin beds. The half board food was fantastic with a 5-6 evening meal being the norm.  I would of scored this hotel 5 stars but deducted 2 stars for the Chefs refusal to allow tap water to be served at evening meals - unless you purchased a bottle of wine (€30+).  This really wound up our group over our weeks stay as we needed to hydrate from both the skiing and the high room temperature of the dining room (and the other alcohol we had drunk in the hotel bar!).

Very nice and beautiful hotel; The best? Sauna, restaurants&Apres ski (great food!!!), location (in front of a ski resort  and very close to Ischgl!, 10min by car).
A bit expensive maybe, and full of families with kids. The pool could have been warmer, but in general it was a very nice stay! 

Really nice hotel!

Comfortable room overlooking the mountain, very clean and beds very comfortable, spacious shower and seperate toilet all spotless. Spoilt for choice at breakfast impeccable buffet  or freshly cooked eggs to order. Waiting staff all extremely friendly and welcoming nothing was ever too much trouble! Delicious cuisine, choice of varied starters and salad buffet, extremely well presented and flavoursome dishes, often with their own locally sourced meat, amazing deserts and large selection of their own cheeses, it was a delight to come down to dinner every evening. Gala dinner  on one evening and a buffet Tyrolean style on another added to the culinary delights that week.  Spacious lounge and bar areas with open log fire, all immaculately presented. Great apres-ski atmosphere in adjoining Huber Stadl gave a more lively option for evening entertainment. Wellness area and pool to a high standard and very clean. Have been to many Ski locations over the years in Europe and this counts as one of our best holidays, helped by fantastic location, easy access to gondolas up onto Galtur range or jump onto to ski bus up to Ischgl 
We will be returning next year!
