Stopped on the way to Klagenfurt Airport. Had the most amazing meal, delicious, beautiful presented and the staff were excellent. Highly recommend to visit. We had a table overlooking the lake , wonderful

Second year in a row that we visited this hotel, their service dropped 200% comparing to last year!

Sublime receptionist and bar waitress. We had a daily visit from grandma and grandpa, they checked on us three times to see if we were going to sleep in our room, like we were the biggest criminals. The bar waitress would rather spend 20 minutes talking to her friends than serving us. The food in the restaurant for dinner is a disaster. I ordered medium steak, I got well done plus. “Kaiser Smorn” was reheated three times and completely burned…twice they had stale bread for breakfast. 

Our room was cleaned only once in 4 days…completely unacceptable for the price 500€ per night for 2 adults and 2 kids (2 years and 6 months).

Value for money - A huge disappointment, we will definitely never come again. I strongly advise against visiting this hotel to anyone! Much better choices available aroung!

Unprofessional and disrespectful staff! Very bad service and especially too expensive for what they offer!

Beautiful and excellent place to stay during skiing. The hotel and room is very modern, the staff is kind, the breakfast is various, the ski lifts are VERY close, the pub (Hütte) is for 5 minutes walk in the evenings, so everything is perfect we will surely be back :-) I definitely recommend this hotel to couples, families and friends, too :-)
