What a find this place was ,it was such a comfortable stay staff friendly and helpful and food excellent and breakfast consisted of quality ingredients first time In a hotel ever had ham that didn't taste like leather .loved to see all generations working in the kitchen,grandad would come out with freshly made fried eggs with bacon .our room was traditional in style everything worked and had plenty of lighting to create an ambiance of your liking .
The location on first opinion was a little away from the center of town however its perfect for trips to fellhorn ski station as bustop is directly outside hotel so journey is only 10 min duration ..it leaves 10 past the hour .its also 10 mins walk to train station which takes you to memmingen  in 1hr10 mins and its 4 euro in a shared taxi to airport or u can wait for bus which is free with 34 euro return train journey .if u can get a cheap flight to this airport its an easy transfer to obersdorf ideal for a long weekend skiing for intermediate and advanced skiers while it doesn't have extensive ski area what is there is varied and challenging with great lift system .we visited during 10pm covid closing time so nightlife was the only disappointment  so we'll have to come back next year  so they can redeem themselves and will surely stay at this hotel also to note ,wifi was the best signal ive had at any hotel .

Beautiful chalet-style hotel, lovely staff and amazing food! (Especially the breakfast! 😊)

Amazing experience in Oberstdorf ....❤️ This little gem!

Apart-Hotel-Restaurant Weinklause, in the beautiful south of Oberstdorf, in a prime location, 3 min. walk to Oberstdorf-Haus, to the marketplace and to the trails. The ski shuttle bus to Fellhornbahn, Stillachtal and the ski jump departs directly in front of the hotel. From May to November the cabel cars are included (Nebelhorn, Fellhorn, Walmendingerhorn, Ifen and Kanzelwand). From basic double rooms to comfortable, modern hotel rooms and hotel suites, mostly with beautiful mountain views. We offer a big breakfast buffet, which is also available on the garden terrace during summer. We cook mostly with local products, without artificial flavour and with a lot of fresh herbs and Grander water.
