That being said, we would like to remind you that access to in-room safes is governed by strict internal protocols, which are followed by a team we trust completely. In the event of a forgotten code or technical issue, our staff only intervenes at your explicit request or in your presence.
 
We are sincerely surprised by your accusations, which do not reflect the values upheld by our hotel nor the feedback we generally receive. As no formal report or evidence was provided during your stay, our ability to take action was unfortunately very limited.
Please note that the only appropriate course of action in such cases is to refer the matter to the competent authorities.
 
Of course, we remain available should you wish to speak with us directly. Your satisfaction remains important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust during a future visit.

One of the worst hotel.. the hotel staff opened the safe with masterkey and stole money. When reported to the manager no relief was provided. The staff even changed the safe code. The manager denied to cooperate. Even our passports were in the safe and anything could have happened.

Regarding your health, we have been informed by the local authorities of a gastroenteritis outbreak that has affected many people in Courchevel in recent weeks. While we understand the distress this has caused, we would like to clarify that there is no evidence suggesting a direct link between this issue and our restaurant. Nonetheless, we have taken additional measures to reinforce our hygiene protocols for the safety of all our guests and staff.

Fnally, we were surprised by your remark regarding the rice, as we regularly fulfill such requests from our guests. Our team strives to accommodate customer needs whenever possible, and we will ensure this is communicated more effectively in the future.

The location of the hotel is very good and the rooms are clean, even though the hotel is worn out. 
When talking about service everything was awful, the personell from breakfast was very rude and arrogant( one of the bartenders was friendly, the other one screamed at me because i asked for extra honey for my coffee. He said “ i m not payed for this”.
The highlight of the trip is that I have developed the worst stomach bug/ infection I have ever had. For 3 days I had the worst feeling in my entire life. I soon found out that on the floor that my room was located everyone was puking and feeling ill (all of us thought is from their breakfast eggs). My parents asked at receptiom for some simple rice and simple food because there were so many people ill. They just said “ it s a viral infection that is lingering in Courchevel and we can t help”- ZERO empathy, Zero help from the staff. It wasn t viral because unfortunately I had to be transported to Alberville hospital because i was heavily dehidrated and the doctors said it s obvious a bacterial infection taking into account my blood tests.
I ve never seen so bad service in my life talking into account the price of the hotel and the number of stars. 
I recommend this place for the location and the terrace/ restaurant behind the hotel for the view/drinks and nothing more, most probably it s the only reason people come here.

Ps: i had to buy a water heater  and boil myself rice for everyone because they couldn t even do such a little thing for the MANY clients that were very ill om their premice. 
I hope they learn something in the future taking into ccount the potential that the hotel has.

Dinner at Cheminee restaurant. 

Our waiter was friendly and accommodating. He was chatty and attentive. 

Menu is awful. Beef tartare with a big ball of burrata on top? Scallops with creamy quinoa was terrible. Fois gras came with a weird flavourless puree that was very unpleasant. Duck was nice but served half a breast for €37, with nothing on the plate other than parsnip puree and no side dishes on the menu at all. Basic tomato pasta or croque monsieur for kids were the only options. We asked nicely and the team agreed to make our daughter chicken and chips from the lunch restaurant downstairs. 

Great location but the chef needs to be changed immediately, or the restaurant will always be empty as it was this evening, and during one of the busiest weeks of the year too.
