Fantastic place in great surroundings – next to the river, close to hiking paths and great bike routes. We really enjoyed the garden with naturally pool, amazing playarea for the kids and the most completed outdoor kitchen with a self-service bar. We will definitely come back!

We stayed as a group of friends in a 3 bed apartment while visiting the area on a ski trip.
The apartment was warm and comfortable with plenty of storage and a well equipped kitchen.
The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, nicely decorated and big enough for the number of people.

The building had a large supermarket below it and there was easy access to the ski lift area.
There's a big ski room for residents but as it was the end of the season and ski back to the accommodation wasn't possible we were given locker keys to a more convenient location at the bottom of the chair lift.

Wolfgang who met us and checked us in was extremely helpful and very friendly, with good local knowledge.

A very good accommodation and if returning to Kleinarl I would definitely use again. 

Excellent all round 

Visited in summer, and there is so much to do and see. Amazing location for skiing and hiking as well and the hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit in either summer or winter!

Overal a good place to stay for a ski holiday. Assets are the supermarket below, walking distance to different restaurants, walking distance to ski area, good facilities and friendly & helpful services in case needed. Apartment is a bit small but sufficient for a ski holiday with two young children. Towel service good be improved. Check out is a bit early but understandable during the busy period in the winter.
