This was amazing! The green room was right on the main level as the pool. Huge apartment! Although the pool and hot tub are shared among other apartments we were the only ones using it at the time. Beside the pool is a wet and dry sauna,  with refreshments with lemon water,  nuts, and fruit. So relaxing. Kitchen was nice to have for making a meal and the fire was nice even in the summer. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of toiletries and towels. It is about a 15 min walk from the train station but recommend calling them for the free taxi. The GPS will take you directly to the tunnel but you have to call for staff to meet you to get a key for the elevator anyway. 
The view of the Matterhorn was extra special .

Was assigned the red apartment when I booked via booking.com. The apartment is a lovely and cosy apartment with a fireplace and a view of the Matterhorn. The pro is the nice bathtub and the fireplace, and also in terms of cleanliness, very clean. There will be a cleaner that comes to wash up daily and clean the utensils. Also loved the kitchen - it has everything provided - utensils cups salt/oil and all you need to cook. It’s a good place maybe for a family or 4 friends. 

Cons: 

- There is also no tv in the bedroom for those that enjoy lying down and watching TV. 

- the apartment’s heater didn’t seem to work well esp in the bedrooms so we only had the fire place to rely on. It takes at least an hour to get warm and even then doesn’t warm up the entire space, so it’s quite chilly in general. 

- for the rate I paid ($1.2k SGD per night), no breakfast 

- Tiny niggle is the art pieces with faces found in the apartment that is a bit uncomfortable and slightly eerie at night. There is also an art piece of Jesus & Mary directly above the bed. Just felt a bit awkward/disrespectful to go about your usual bedroom business like changing etc. Understand it’s art tho so for ppl that don’t mind it may not be that big a deal. We ended up sleeping in the additional bedroom instead of the master. Would have preferred a plain wall and the apartment would be perfect. 

While we were staying, the sauna also didn’t work for first 2 days - apartment stayers are not allowed to use the main hotel spa.

However, overall a great apartment with Matterhorn view and perfect if you want to cook etc.

Amazing and clean yellow apartment with a nice view of the Matterhorn. Shoutout to Daniel and Anna for making the stay enjoyable and us well taken care of. Location is 10 mins walk to the shopping town and 5 mins to the Matterhorn glacier paradise ticket office. The apartment is suitable for family or friends of 4, I would recommend this apartment for a cosy experience in Zermatt!

Impeccable stay and service! Highly recommend!

The apartment yellow is from my point of view the best choice in this house. Large open living room with fireplace, huge window front and unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. Very bright apartment, because - compared to the apartments green and red no other houses cover the view. The master bedroom is spacious, with open bathroom and glass front to the living room. The yellow curtain privacy screen to the living room is impractical, here a roller shutter would be better. The kitchen is very small with minimal equipment, especially if more than 2 people live in the apartment. The apartment is cleaned daily. Very nice is the brand new spa with small sauna, steam bath, outdoor whirlpool (warm even in winter) and outdoor pool (not heated). In summer also nice outdoor terrace with deck chairs. Indoors, we found the relaxation area not comfortable. Great that the spa is exclusive to the guests of the 4 apartments, especially in the current covid time a significant advantage. In the house there is a small reception, which is staffed throughout the day and is available to guests for concerns. There is also the possibility to have breakfast brought to the apartment (we did not use). The house is 5-10 minutes walk to the center.
