Banff Aspen Lodge

Excellent hotel downtown, convenient to all local activities with bus stops within a block.

The rooms are large, with two internal rooms, providing plenty of space to unpack, spread out and store luggage.

Breakfast options were good and varied.

Staff were all friendly and helpful.

We recommend the hotel and would book it again.

Excellent hotel in convenient location

Located in downtown Banff, right on Banff Ave and close to everything. Clean, quiet, modern rooms, comfy beds and lovely balconies. Staff is helpful, a good breakfast buffet is usually included in your stay and there is a great cafe on site for light meals or snacks. It can be expensive, but so can almost every hotel in the area, and this one is well worth the money. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Oh, and for some reason photos of the outside just don't do it justice.  It's a great hotel inside and out.

Beautiful hotel!

Hotel is in a great location near restaurants and shops. Service was excellent from the front desk to the servers. Rooms are 2 room suites so lots of space to spread out. Breakfast was much better than most “breakfast included” hotels. I would highly recommend

Great location and big rooms

It was a great location, breakfast had a wide selection and mountain view was a bonus. Rooms were clean & quiet

Great place

The design was very modern and good-looking. The room had a divider which was a unique design. It divided the bedroom into 2 sections for more privacy.
The breakfast was very delicious. The servers, Susanna and Ady, were also very friendly and hospitable. 
The front desk staff,especially Joel and Rodney, were very helpful and friendly. 
I like that they have an enviromental initiative and a recycling bin in the room.
