This overall is a nice and clean hotel. The 2 hot tubs, dry sauna and steam sauna are nice. Breakfast included was wonderful and substantial. Front desk staff are friendly. The stay did seem a bit overpriced though. The suite was smaller than expected - the entrance way was wedge shaped and barely had space to put on shoes. The bathroom was small and hard to move about. Next time I would inquire more about the room layout when I book. 

Nice amenities, friendly staff, great breakfast

There was an incident with the first room but staff was very quick to fix it and move us rooms. We thought the bed was comfy and the free breakfast was nice. The location is a quick walk to the Banff shops.

Friendly staff, useful and beautiful location, very good breakfast, clean and cozy rooms, close to best ski resorts, free parking e t c.

We really enjoyed our stay here.  It felt like home.  The staff were ever so friendly and helpful.  We thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, hot tubs and pool.  It felt great after a long day of snowboarding.  Great experience!
