Wonderful hotel, nicely renovated rooms and great location. Crave restaurant has a fantastic breakfast buffet, we also enjoyed dinner one night. Kim at Crave was so friendly and welcoming. 
The only down side is the main pool is a bit cold.

We really enjoyed our stay ! Such a great location & comfortable newly renovated room. The on-site restaurant serves a fantastic buffet breakfast ,which we enjoyed. We have stayed in numerous places in Banff & this is easily one of the best !

Wonderful !

A great hotel and the recently renovated rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Staff are friendly and welcoming and if you are skiing/boarding the bus collects and drops off right outside the hotel. The buffet breakfast at Crave is excellent and great value for money and recommended.
