We found the Berghotel some years ago by accident - and fell in love with the place: next to the ski pists and lift arena with wide, top prepared slopes  -  the orientation  towards north keeps the snow fluffy even in spring time - in summer a good spot for hiking as well!  After the recent up date of the whole facility there's no wish left open: marvellous rooms, a new spa with indoor and a spacious outdoor pool, saunas, steam bath ...  but still the highlight to me are the wonders coming from the kitchen and the wine cave! Not to forget: the friendlyness and hospitality of the whole Berghotel team!

Dear Isabella, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you didn't like the design of our new rooms, but we do have rooms with separated bathrooms. Please ask for a room with separated bathroom during the booking-process, so it's easier for us to fullfill your wishes. Thank you for your suggestions concering the food. A freshly renewed hotel. Cosy common areas . My bedroom (and as far I understood all the others belonging to the same category) had however no physical separation between bathroom and bedroom. I was said that this is common in modern hotels. This was really annoying to me. 

Nearly all the staff was nice and helpful, not all of them unfortunately. 
Food delicious but, as expected, plenty of different fats. If you take care of your health, you can ask and obtain to avoid some ingredients in your dishes.  

SPA is small but all facilities are new and clean. SPA staff skilled.
Few words about the valley. It is a very narrow one, sun is visible only few hours during the day. A great place for skying and trekking, less for a sun bath.
