Chalet is new, has one big living room, kitchenette with utensils, bedroom down and an attic room, spacious chalet. Lovely place, the alps, the green mountain, fresh air and fresh food. Wonderful family owner and very nice chalet, nicely arranged and very homey; if you are coming from metropolitan and ON for adventure, you can follow googlemap but long way thru the alps and might missed roads, we were surprised to have driven on the mountains and at the alps, we discovered going up and down to Sedrun is much safer and faster thru Chur road #19 via desintis and on to Sedrun which is only 7km from each other, if you pass at sunset, you might be lucky to see group of deers gracing & jumping :), we did. 
Otherwise I would go back and stay with my family and friends in Casa La Roda Cafe Dulezi :)

It's easy to recommend this BnB, since everything about it was wonderful.  The accommodations presented a nice, modern interpretation of a traditional theme.  The rooms were immaculately clean and everything appeared to be brand new.  The beds/bedding were top-notch.  I'm a little embarrassed to admit that we had time to enjoy the large flat screen TV with wide selection of HD channels.
The breakfast was a perfect buffet -- in our case for just two of us, as we were the only guests in this off-season weekday stay.  We felt a little guilty that they populated such an extensive buffet for the two of us, but that seems to be the nature of the place -- no corner cutting here.
The hosts were totally hospitable, rounding out a fantastic stay.
It may seem odd that one checks in at the cafe and then follows the host to a separate building a few hundred meters away, but being one street away from the main street makes for a quiet evening.
If travel plans call for a stay near Sedrun, this is an unbeatable option.

What a very special place.
We arrived at the restaurant, the kind owner showed us to the apartment.
Please don't worry about the initial impression, once she opened the front door we were absolutely delighted.
The views over the mountains, the beautifully fitted kitchen and bathroom.
The place was just wonderful.
Breakfast is served back at the restaurant, local breads and the usual selection of continental ham,cheese and jams.
