Wow. Brilliant time. Girls, Tash and Becky really looked out for us, food portions great once they realised 18blokes who ski hard and drink hard also eat hard.
Rooms good but no locks on them. 
Girls great though. Skitotal overall excellent.

We stayed in this chalet in February 2019 and found it is nothing special at all. We booked with iglu ski but it was sub contracted to ski total. We arrived it was a complete white out so we were all covered in snow, when we arrived to the rooms where we found they were small and pokey. Since we arrived in a white out our clothes were quiet wet so we thought we would put them near the radiator to dry off but to find out a cup of tea is hotter.The walls a literally paper thin so you can hear everyone making a noise so if you are a person for laying in the morning you shall be disturbed. One thing we was not told about that there is a babies nursery right next door to the chalet so you can hear them all time. The chalet is not well looked after by ski total because when we arrived numerous lights, sockets were either broken or hanging out. To top over holiday off we hardly ever saw our rep (Han) she said she would come in the evenings and the poor chalet hosts had to make excuses up for a reason why she was not coming. In the end we had the managers down about that situation. The chalet hosts have 2 nights off a week but before they went off for 2 days they left raw fish unwrapped in the bottom of the fridge, we mentioned this to the hosts because it was not acceptable to store food like this and expect to then serve this on the table. Best bit of the chalet it is literally less than 5 mins walk to the ski lift and the sport 2000 is right next door. Overall i was disappointed with this chalet, i have stayed lots over the years which were a million times better.

We were a group of 16 friends (families with teens) and stayed in Chalet Koala for New Year. Our hosts Archie and Ellie were fantastic at keeping us fed and watered and the chalet tidy. We had a choice of cooked breakfast, cakes in the afternoon and meal with plenty of wine each night. Their two days off gave us an excuse to try out ‘Le 2134’ nearby and ‘Chalet Luigi’ in Arcs 1950 - both of which we recommend. There’s a pedestrian lift running to 1950 until late each evening. The chalet has really comfortable beds, its own sauna, a ski room opposite and access to a newly refurbished swimming pool. Sport 2000 is next door. There is a large lounge / dining area with open log fire which added to the atmosphere. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, and there aren't any English TV channels. We flew into Chambery which is always an adventure, but transfers were straightforward - the coach can’t / doesn’t stop outside the chalet so there’s short walk on arrival and departure. This was our first holiday with Ski Total but everything was well organised and Emma the rep helpfully printed out a claim form after an injury on the slopes!

Stayed in Chalet Koala over Christmas with family and friends (18 people).  Chalet was very clean with fresh towels and toiletries presented on the bed.  Had a good sized room with a little balcony with stunning views over Arc 1950.  Food was very good especially the Christmas lunch with homemade canapés and traditional Turkey .  Wine/prosecco was also very good and paired well with the food.  Hosts Archie and Ellie were very friendly, great cooks and was amazed how well they catered for 18 people just two of them with rooms tidied and baked cakes in the afternoon.  Did visit the swimming pool in chalet Artic which was very nice, did not think the pictures in brochure did it justice.  Koala was in a good position not too far to walk to the button lift.  Would say only negative would be that hosts now have two days off per week not the previous one day.  Would definitely recommend and would think about returning.

Tiny bedrooms, dreadful hairdryer, poor food with tiny portions and NO fresh bread or croissants even though shop selling is 2 minute walk from chalet.
No locks on room doors.
Ski Total resort managers disinterested or unable to resolve issues.
