A great apartment for our family of 4 ski holiday . Right in the heart of Les arc 2000 and a ski in ski out location . Fabulous our 4th time at this accommodation.

Dear Sarah, we're very surprise by your feedback. All our 4-bedroom apartment are at least on the first floor. In France, usually toilets are separated. 
We will take your request for the hooks shelves and drawers into account and see if we can modify anything. 
we always pay attention to our guests requirement to improve and satisfy for next stay. 

Booked as a group of 7 in a 4 bedroom apartment. Not particularly well equipped as I thought it would be for the money. Really badly designed, 2 en suites with no toilets, 2 toilets in the hallway with no sinks. No hooks in any of the bedrooms to hang anything, lack of shelves, drawers  etc. 
Far too hot, even with heating turned off and no way of opening windows unless you leave them wide open over night (we were on the ground floor, with stinking dog poo right outside the window). 
The WiFi is absolutely shocking. Nowhere near powerful enough for the amount of guests.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Résidence des Sources, and our experience exceeded all expectations.

The residence is perfectly located—just steps from the gondola lift to Les Arcs 1950 and right in the heart of the village of Les Arcs 2000—making access to restaurants and shops extremely convenient.

The apartment was spacious, superbly equipped, and very comfortable. The spa facilities, including the pool, sauna, and hammam, were outstanding and a real highlight of our stay.

Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We will definitely return to Résidence des Sources for our next vacation and highly recommend it.
