We booked for February skiing holidays as Livigno supposed to open the lifts on monday. Pity However that the government decided on sunday 7pm to keep the lifts closed. We had dinner that time in the owners restaurant and Fausto did take good care of us however no word about the news even he know that we were coming for skiing. 
We had two apartments next to the lift and 10min walk to the restaurant & hotel of the same owner. The apartments are very nice, but not all is working. One apartment was cold even we asked to heat it before arrival as the nights are -15degrees. In the other apartments both bathrooms were smelly like roasted onions (most probably coming from the apartment underneath as the next day the smell changed to cheese). The owner himself was coming and in a offensive way arguing with us as according to him all was working proper which was not the case. He finally fixed the heating. The skiboots heater was not working and they say to fix it which was not the case before we left. Basic small things like rubbish bags, salt pepper, dishwasher soaps were not available or only in small quantities like one roll of toilet paper. One night the guys underneath were quite noisy until very late. The owner asked we shall manage it between us as it is not his business. 
We finally left Livigno after two nights as there was no skiing possible and moved to Swiss. Asking in a friendly way to check if we could get a discount in form of voucher was not accepted by the owner and he wrote us back in a very unfriendly way. To our final email he didn’t even reply which showed lack of respect. On the other side during booking he asked us to book directly and not via an platform. 
Very disappointing to be treated in this way. 
We will be back to Livigno however not to him.



Beautiful place, however one man can change the whole impression 

I have cancell my fly dirrect I send email about that to hotel. Hotel answer for me that I have to pay deposit . Deposit was 300 E and 2 days later take from my card also 400 E. I was send email to hotel about answer whay deposit is that biger? Why 2times take out deposit. To this time not answer me from hotel.
Really I think so this hotel is not professional!!!!!!

Be careful this  hotel is Really Not Solid.
