The spa’s lovely, apartments good and location ok, but it’s really let down by an awful manager who staff seem afraid of.

It’s not terrible but there are plenty of better alternatives in Obergurgl - book elsewhere

Everything was perfect!! I recommend it to everyone. excellent breakfast and dinner. The wellness area is also nice. The staff is very kind and helpful. The ski lift is close to the apartment, the location is very good. We had a great time here!

Perfect

We stayed here for 7 nights as a family of 7 in a premium 3 bed apartment. 3 great size rooms all en-suite. Our 7 year old son was on a great zbed in our room and there was still lots of room. The whole building is immaculate and our apartment the same. Lovely comfortable beds and bedding. Towels and high quality toiletries all provided. 

The pool area is again so clean and relaxing and a welcome place after a days skiing. 

Access to the slopes is easy and the bus stop is literally just down from the apartments.  Huge secure boot room.  

We had a couple of niggles during our stay and they were sorted straightaway. 

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Obergurgl and we would t hesitate to come back!

We stayed between 16th -21st December in a premium two bedroom apartment. The accommodation was of a very good standard - spotlessly clean, comfortable, warm and a good size. The location is excellent, just across the road from the Wiesenlift to connect to the Festkoglbahn which takes you to some lovely blue runs and allows you to ski across to the centre of Obergurgl. Or, to reach the centre you can catch the bus one stop, from the end of the road. The ski hire shop, ski school office and supermarket are all right on the doorstep too. 
We also enjoyed the pool, which was lovely and warm and not too busy. There is a good choice of restaurants in Obergurgl. Our favourite was See You, followed by Trattoria Brunello (a very close second!).
We had very good service from the chalet staff who were quick to respond to our messages and were able to provide our lift passes at reception. 
I would recommend Chalet Obergurgl for its location and quality of accommodation.

A wonderful Christmas break

Poor quality, staff not attentive, did not provide the promised dinner. At such prices such quality of rest I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, it seems that everyone here is tired from work. Never ever will go here. I was forced to eat outside and drive to the shop every night
