What a great hotel. 

The staff here were really friendly and helpful. 

The rooms were clean, warm and simply furnished. Ours looked out onto the slopes. There are deck chairs on the balcony if the sun is out! 

The buffet breakfast and evening meals were excellent.

 The hotel is situated a few steps down from the chairlift which you can then ski down from and take a choice of chairs out of 1650. Good size boot room with heated boot warmers and places to sit and get ready. There is a ski shop at the hotel and several others nearby. Also a supermarket at ground level handy for snacks. 

Will return.

Fantastic hotel right across the board reception staff friendly, restaurant staff friendly, housekeeping staff friendly, The hotel room was lovely with a view of the mountains, it was cleaned every day we had a lovely rainforest shower which was lovely. The food was fabulous it was buffet style hot and cold with plenty of choice. We stayed half board. The spa fantastic hot tubs and saunas outside overlooking the mountains. There was also a sauna inside and a quiet seating area to relax in. I can’t say enough about this hotel They even had a resident dog she was very sweet . So it was obviously dog friendly. We had a fabulous week Thankyou so much for making our holiday special. The Bint couple.

La Cachette looked an extremely welcoming venue for drinks during our recent skiing holiday in Les Arcs but despite trying it three times, each time we were disappointed with the service!
Tables were dirty, staff seemed uninterested (and possibly over stretched) but we had to wait 10 minutes to order, then 25 minutes for drinks to be delivered and then when we wanted to reorder, the same again. Not sure why we gave it a second or third chance but possibly because it looks very welcoming.

We stayed over Christmas 2025 in this superb hotel.  It’s a welcoming and modern venue that is a great  base for skiing the Paradiski super ski area.  
The hotel is fabulous and our room (604) was lovely and with a great view across to white mountains.  
The breakfast and evening meals are amazing and the waiter team is friendly and made us feel at home.  The seating area in the bar is also great for a beer or wine before/after dinner.  
The Christmas Eve gala dinner was so nice and felt special.  The ski room is well kitted out and is just 30 metres from a lift, so nice and easy starts to the day.  
All in all, I’d highly recommend this hotel and will be back next year as Les Arcs (and linked La Plagne) are snow-sure high resorts for Christmas skiing.  I’d like to thank all of the La Cachette staff for providing such a lovely and comprehensive experience; they should all be very proud.
