These review would have been a lot worse but for one member of staff (Mathieu) 
At this hotel you check in across the road. Upon arrival we were greeted with a female and young male on reception. They made it difficult for us to process a payment and to leave a deposit. They were very rude with their tone which was upsetting as we were verh excited about our stay. 
the following day we returned to reception to be greeted by a different staff member called Mathieu. He was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us, he showed us maps of where to go, gave good recommendations, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for your friendly hospitality.
The hotel itself was very nice just what we needed for a few days stay in Chamonix

We stayed as a group of 4 in two double rooms and had the best time. Location amazing literally minutes walk from bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the green lift at Folie Douche for skiing. We loved the lounge area, perfect for a pre night out drink. Breakfast was great with a wide choice and ski room also really useful. 
Only slight criticism is our room was quite small on the top floor but we didn’t really spend much time in it so didn’t matter.

Arrived at this b&b for a short break with my partner for a ski trip. The room was very clean and comfortable. The views from the room of the mountains were just breathtaking! Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the staff could not do anymore for you. Would defiantly stay here again. Great location, food and cleanliness.

My room was so beautiful and clean. Had the most comfortable stay here, lovely staff too. I would definitely love to return here. 

The only little complaint I had was that I had asked for vegan butter couple of times from the reception as I had paid for breakfast but they didn’t really put the effort in finding any I guess. The options were limited but everything else made up for it.
