Well-equipped, modern, and clean apartment with a wonderful living room. It has two couches, one of which can be converted into a comfortable double bed. The view from both the living room and balcony is fantastic, overlooking Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn.
The location is just outside the center—peaceful and quiet—yet very convenient, with a supermarket around the corner offering freshly baked bread in the morning.
Ski shoe heaters and Ski storage in the basement, for a perfect start of the day. The apartment Building 10 (10.3) was equipped with a dishwasher and laundry machine, that really saved the day! The only remark, it's a bit of a walk to the ski lifts, about 800 meters, therefore we will rent a heated locker next to the ski lift next time.

Great apartment for winter and summer, with a stunning view (if you like the mountains ;-))

Very nice and modern apartment with enough space. Kitchen well equipped and what a view!!! From the sofa and the balcony, awesome view to the Gletcher (naming of the building is correct) and over Kaprun. Nearby the center nearby at walking distance and the Billa (supermarket) in 100 meters, for the the fresh bakes bread in the morning.  Ski storage and heated shoe warmers, but I did leave my ski's at the piste in the lockers, super convenient.

If you are looking for a great place to spend your holiday's this is it!

Not good personal. Very unorganized.
The acoustic of our room was not enough. It was possible to hear all the noise from the aisle and the next door rooms.

Last time used to be good apartaments. From 2020.year not good.

Not corect ownwer

We travel almost each summer to different places. This year we decided to start in Austria at this particular hotel. Stayed 3 nights with my family in early August. Location is good, excellent views, but appliances are old. For example: the freezer has a plastic door which simply broke on first day when my wife tried to open it. They charged me an unreasonable 80 euros despite my explanations. How can you use a freezer without opening the door? And how can you tell if it's going to break?

They also tried to charge me another 30 euros because the ironing board was rusty! Ridiculous.

The worst was the 130 euros cleaning fee that they charge to all guests. You have no choice but to psy, but then they also ask you to sign a page stating that you must vacuum clean the apartment before you leave! It is not the regular trash removal, but a full vacuum clean, and of course washing the dishes etc. Why do I have to pay for cleaning if it will be me doing it? Unbelievable. 

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Old appliances, unreasonable charges, but good location

I had spent there 4 days in which i took some long walks around the area and in zell am see as well. The hotel is very nice and had great views of the mountains. the stuff is very helpful and gave me some tips of where and when to do. it was very clean and organized.

There was a " Billa shop" 2 min  away which is very convenient   . I really recommend this place.
