Cant beat the location of this hotel, you can ski from the door to the lift in about 30 seconds. A walk to the main village of Scheffau takes about 15minutes. We had one of the new suites with a balcony view of the ski slopes at the back of the hotel but note the view from the front of the hotel is much more spectacular! The room was very large and comfortable but was somehow missing a few things, felt a bit spartan and just not quite as luxurious as it could have been especially for the price paid. Breakfast was basic and you weren't overly spoilt for choice. Staff were were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Note there is no lift so if you injure yourself on the slopes as my partner did its very hard work getting around the hotel. So overall a very good but with a few small tweaks this could have been an excellent.

Perfect location for the skilift and this is what you pay extra for!
