Very nice place to stay, best value for money. A short walk away from Riva which makes it even nicer, far from the croud and tourists. Everything works and the place looks nice and is clean. Breakfast was good. 

The staff is amazingly and genuinly friendly. They make anything possible and really care. Unusual dedication and trully good hearted people. Many times in Riva and was the best place to be up to now.

Comfortable room but furnishings are very 'tired' and 'shabby'. Air conditioning and plug socket did not work. Breakfast was basic and products and ingredients (bread/cereal/juice etc) from a cheap range. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. We ate in that night....no menu but were asked if we wanted fish or meat. We chose fish and were given a salad followed by local sardine pasta and then fish from the lake with a puree mash and vegetables. The meal was amazing and the ingredients fresh , local and homemade. With our meal we had one glass of wine and beer. The cost was a lot more than we anticipated at 78 euros! Check price of meal before ordering!
