Arrived by bicycle after a struggle up from Jenbach, and delightful ride around a small portion of the Achensee.
Warmly welcomed and given a delightful room with balcony and view of the cable-car and Karwendel peaks. 
Stayed for dinner which was really excellent and definitely a level above other places we had eaten in Austria.
Good nights sleep and great breakfast.
Thoroughly recommended.

Warm welcome delightful small Hotel in idyllic location

This hotel has only about 12 rooms, and is staffed with some of the warmest, friendliest people I've ever met in 50 years of international travel.  The setting is so serene and quiet, the scenery is so breathtaking.  And the food!..... True world-class dinners at head-shaking bargain prices.  The chef is a GEM!  Eat nowhere else in Pertisau!  (And take the gondola you see out  your window to the top of the mountain!)

the following is for the B&B only; not fr the type of food served in this place as restaurant as we did not try it. As couple we have plenty of hotels on our shoulders to compare it with and this one had the coldest client's care of all practically zero apart from check out. So it needs first to increase a lot clients welcoming as  first thing as what a foreigner visitor would aspect is a smile and be advised at least in ENGLISH about the opportunities the place can give you for using in the best way a 2 nights stay. Breakfast choice to improve and (at least for room 111)  to fit or improve the shower quality as type and pressure of water was a nightmare. You would expect much more for 150 euro per night Surely we won't be back. After that we have spent a 4 nights stay just outside Innsbruck (Lans)  where spending less than 100 euro per night everything is over the top. To note that TV has got NO CHANNELS IN ENGLISH AT LEAST or any other language different from German. The hotel has not its own private beach as it could be understood by reading the hotel site but there  is a publuc one free of charge. So resuming: water of lake fantastic but place extremely overprized that connected to the fact that no credit cards are accepted in most  of restaurants makes it a very  good for a 1 day trip only.

Position is the best characteristic of this hotel as it is positioned in a silent spot that is very important at night when you search for a relaxing rest.
