we are very sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially as this differs greatly from the feedback we usually receive from our guests.

We would like to clarify that the images and descriptions on our website and on the booking portals accurately represent our hotel and its services. We respect your personal point of view and, as always, we take the time to respond to every review, even when opinions differ.

Regarding the noise in the morning, our housekeeping service starts after 9:00 am. Any disturbance earlier in the day may have been caused by other guests checking out early. We are sorry if this affected your rest.

On our website and on all booking platforms, it is clearly stated that parking is free subject to availability, or available for a fee if guaranteed. The same applies to the wellness area: in order to avoid overcrowding and to ensure a more relaxing atmosphere, access is included only in certain room categories. This decision was made following valuable suggestions from our guests and has been widely appreciated by many of them.

We are sorry that we did not receive direct feedback during your stay. Had you contacted the reception, we would have been happy to assist you and try to find a solution to make your vacation more pleasant.

Like many hotels worldwide, we charge separately for certain additional services. This allows guests who do not wish to use specific services not to pay for them unnecessarily.

The spa was overcrowded, noise in the corridors from 7 am to 11 am, the rooms were not soundproof, I had the impression that the cleaning staff were in bed with us.
