This hotel is rated four stars but does not have the facilities to merit that in my opinion. The rooms we booked either had the temperature controls stuck at too hot or too cold and most could not be turned off and were very loud. This made it hard to sleep from both the noise and the heat or cold. 
One of our party members tried to plug out the kettle in their room and the whole plug socket came out of the wall! The hair dryer in another room didn’t work and took ages to be fixed. 

There are no bins in the bedrooms. The hotel itself is shabby and in need of a deep clean and paint. 
The restaurant does have a nice view but the windows are very dirty. 

We did not brave the pool. 

In a four star hotel I would have expected a bathrobe and slippers in the room, toiletries such as luxury shampoo and conditioner, etc provided. 
There were cheap bottles stuck to the wall. One of soap by the sink and one of wash in the shower. 

Finally my room ended up with ants, on the third floor.
