The apartment was clean and cosy. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms were decorated for Christmas. Many thanks to the hosts for the pleasant atmosphere and the attention!

Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated. Staff are very professional and very friendly. We had a double room, very spacious, hugely comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, fresh egg station which is great. Pool area is beautiful. Great location, short walk to Krupowki Street, bus and train stations. This has been our second stay at this hotel and we won't stay anywhere else in Zakopane when we visit again. Highly recommended. 1st class.

First rate hotel just 10 minutes walk from the main high street and close to the train station and bus stops. Room, food, facilities and staff exceeded my expectations.  Zakapane town has most things that you might need and there is a regular bus service to Tatra National Park where there are plenty of walk options.
