We stayed one night at this hotel — the location is fantastic. Our suite was spacious and offered a stunning lake view. The rooftop area is charming, with a truly spectacular panorama.
However — and unfortunately, there is a “however” — the service and cuisine left much to be desired. For a hotel of this level, the lack of attentive service is simply unacceptable. Everything felt disorganized and neglected.
We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and ordered a cheese plate for dessert. After waiting 45 minutes without anyone checking on us, we tried to get the attention of the staff, but were completely ignored. Eventually, we decided to leave the restaurant without being served.
The next morning, no one apologized or even acknowledged what had happened — as if nothing had occurred. Quite unbelievable. To make matters worse, they even suggested our booking was for two nights, despite my email clearly stating “weekend of September 6.” It couldn’t have been clearer.
At €400 per night, I expected a much higher level of professionalism.What a shame!
