Fantastic truly family operated hotel in great condition. We were in the adjacent apartment which also is in great condition. Comfortable beds, extremely clean and everything we needed for a wonderful Christmas. We were able to use the hotel SPA and had two amazing dinners at their restaurant. The welcoming was great from start to finish and all of the staff did their best to deliver outstanding service.  We have visited many, this is the best 4 star property in the alps.

We went with 2 kids (12 and 14). Very nice hotel. Located not too far from the center and the cable cars.
Very friendly reception and the people helped us the whole stay with a big smile on their face.
Breakfast and diner were very good!
Only downside is the small pool and the noice it gives to some terraces from screaming kids.
But that's just a small negative thing against a lot of positives.
